We have a large compliment of heavy duty front end loaders, dump plows and box plows available in addition to our fleet of more than 90 4x4’s. This equipment gives us the extra “muscle” to get the job done on any major snowfall. We’ve developed proven strategies for dealing with all types of snow and ice events. Our reputation for performing to a high standard in even the worst conditions is verifiable.

We offer multiple products for de-icing applications.
Our vehicles utilize salt, Magnesium and Calcium for maximum effectiveness. We also have available treated salt which is environmentally friendly and causes a reduction in salt usage and a minimization of landscape damage.

De-icing: Treating the site during and after storms to melt any accumulated ice on the pavement or walkways

We understand the importance that owners and managers place on ensuring the safety of employees, tenants and visitors. The potential liability from property damage, accidents, lost time and personal injury claims due to slippery conditions poses a threat to the bottom line of employers and building owners alike.

When it comes to Ice Control we take its' responsibilities seriously. We are one of the few companies that employ full time Area Supervisors. During snowfalls and ice storms our Supervisors continually inspect your job sites, coordinating personnel and resources to ensure timely ice control and verifying that safe conditions on your property are maintained. During periods of thaw-freeze when water run off can create dangerous “black ice” we inspect your site on a nightly basis and “spot salt” those areas that need it.

We are equipped to use anti-icing material in order to help prevent snow and ice from adhering to the pavement through the use of Liquid chemical treatment.

Anti-icing: Pre-treating of the site just prior to a storm to prevent the snow and ice from bonding with the pavement.

We operate all the equipment necessary to haul and relocate any amount of snow (both on-site and off-site) in a timely manner.

We own and operate large snow blowers and A.T.V.'s This is our insurance and yours that we will always be capable of handling the recent accumulations.

We offers Several Pricing Options:

Per Push Pricing:

Snow plowing services will be performed and customers are billed at a rate that equals the contract pricing for the amount of snow actually on the ground at the time of service. This pricing structure works very well with high traffic/high service sites such as retail plazas and retail banking branches. Per push pricing offers the highest level of service. Salting and Calcium pricing will be charged at a per-application rate.

Per Event Pricing:

Snow Plowing services will be performed and billed at a single rate for any given snowfall amount, regardless of how long the storm continues, up to a maximum event window of 24 hours. This pricing structure works best with locations with more limited operating hours such as corporate and industrial sites, which allow a larger window of service due to their closed status. Salting and Calcium pricing is billed at a per-application rate.

Seasonal (Flat Rate) Pricing:

Snow plowing and Ice control services is provided at a previously agreed upon single price, and is all inclusive of all services, labor and de-icing chemicals. This pricing structure may or may not include a seasonal snowfall “cap” before reverting to another pricing structure, such as per push. Winter Services will consider seasonal arrangements for customers willing to commit to at least a three year agreement, to mitigate the risk of a heavy snow year over a longer period. Typically, seasonal arrangements are paid over a 5 month period beginning in November, although a 12 month payment option is available.

Post Storm Site Inspection:

No matter which pricing structure that choose, you can be certain you will receive the same high quality service. A post storm site inspection will be performed to be sure that your site was serviced as contracted. Your site will be visited so that we may inspect for slippery/icy conditions that may require an application of de-icing agents or the need for removal of drifted snow.

Contract Term:

Whether you choose a one year or three year term to contract with Winter Servies, you can rest assured that you may terminate any contract with a phone call and fax. We wish to encourage multi-year relationships with our customers, which helps Winter Services with the planning and allocation of equipment and other resources.
